Tyr@nt Sgt. John Doyle Driving Illegal Vehicle. Violating Rights And Harassing Public. Salem Police.

This incident happened on 4th of July starting at about 10:30 at night. I received a message from a subscriber telling me they had a run-in with who they believed to be Sergeant Doyle but he failed to identify. I then told that subscriber that I had just seen him in his black SUV. So I done went out to look for him to get him to identify. I later found him and noticed he was in a vehicle that has no inspection sticker.
