HUMAN NATURE, OPPRESSION, AND LEADERSHIP [EPISODE 41]

In this episode, I want to cut across both business and social issues to look at the role that human nature—specifically human dignity—plays in society and organizations.
Human beings do not react well to perceived oppression. They buck it whenever they encounter it. I will talk about multiple manifestations of oppression. From the protesters to the rioters to those who can’t repeat the BLM slogan due to conscience, you will find out that we have more in common than we think.
The purpose of this program is to help you become a better leader. You must understand this aspect of human nature if you are going to be the kind of leader that you would want to follow.
