Joel Osteen about "the enemy can't curse you, so don't you dare curse yourself"

J stands in hallway claiming I'm in his way,

says TV too loud to be nearby (stays anyway too) M says he 'doesn't hear Joel Osteen anyway' (J spends rest of program pacing around with his hands on his hips and glaring at me and M
(I pray M not notice I didn't sit next to J and say I'm being rude, get distracted by sounds but dare not go back to bed yet because 'strong'
D tells J to be quiet for the program only when it's almost over; M asked J "what's the matter" J says again that it was too loud, M says again that J doesn't listen anyway, J says he usually watches at night because he's 'not really awake' in the daytime...'
try to state simply that I'm going to lie down, still end up sucked back to help M with socks

(in other news: D's 7/4 trip was canceled but D still says he wants to go another time "a little later")

please help me get myself out of this and NOT into something worse at
