It's time for an everything in one video where I talk about all the things I have been learning about in the privacy of my hotel room. If you did not know I fell down some stairs and broke my neck May 11. After about a month and a half in the hospital and two weeks in Rehab I was thrown out to see how I might do in a hotel taking care of myself.
