BBM or Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s Inauguration as 17th President of the Philippines

Son of former Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr., Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr., was inaugurated into office as the country's 17th President last June 30, 2022 at the National Museum. The event was participated by the first family, his vice-president, Sara Duterte (who got more than 32 million votes), his relatives, close friends, members of his cabinet, personalities from different sectors of the society, leaders from the local government units (LGUs), foreign dignitaries, and his supporters from different parts of the country. It was such a great victory for he had been voted by more than 31 million Filipinos outracing his rivals. So far this was considered as the country's highest turnout of votes given to a candidate for presidency next to Rodrigo Duterte's 16 million last 2016. Majority of the Filipinos believed and hoped that he would bring the Philippines back to its high status lost for more than 3 decades.
