Vanity (Part 5) | Moniquet Saintil | Immanuel Tabernacle

Are you setting your hopes on the wrong things? The real question is what have you been putting above God. Anything that you love more than God is called vanity. It will not last. These things...yes, including loving you more than God...will lead you nowhere except to death. If you want to find life and find it in abundance it's safe to say that it is only found in the hands of God - the creator of all things. It is said in Matthew 6:33 "Seek ye first the Kingdom and all these things [food, shelter, love, money, safety, etc] will be added on to you." It did not say it in reverse. The reverse of this principle [choosing yourself above God] is to choose death no matter what you choose! In this week's Sunday Bible Study session we are going deeper on what God revealed to us as we sought to find the truth.
