Team Biden considering declaring these (staged) mass shootings to be a public health emergency. The crime statistics show that blacks commit overwhelmingly more crime across the board and that black-on-black murders occur over 50 times as often as white-on-black murders, which are extremely rate. Imposing an electoral map over a murder map shows that the overwhelming proportion are in "gun free zones" created by Democrats, which create free fire zones for criminals. Allowing concealed carry in those areas would probably cut the crime rate by 50% or more virtually overnight. The very idea that taking guns from law-abiding citizens protects them is called "The Theory of Duh!"
