#29 - My Confession of my sin of Unbelief and lack of TRUSTING God - Stephen Burkholder

I am but an imperfect person learning how to walk in the LIGHT

God has shown and strongly convicting me of my lack of Trust in Him. I like to do and push things through on My Will, My Way, and My Time. I am a proud and stubborn man and when God would seemingly close a door I would often try to sneak in the back window to make "MY" plans a success. When there is a problem I will try to fix it. When I am "stuck" in USA for weeks with no end in sight I will try to plan a way around it. When God tells me a little piece of his plan for my life I will immediately jump and do what I can to make it happen now. Not even taking the time to listen for God to tell me His perfect timing. With this attitude I have destroyed relationships, marred my name as a leader and caused myself and others many problems. Lord forgive me and help me to have a heart attitude of humility and to submit to: YOUR Will, YOUR Way, and YOUR Time.
