Friday Morning Devotional from Bethany Church, July 10, 2020

On Friday mornings our devotional will come from Samuel Rutherford's Letters. This morning we read a pastoral letter from Rutherford to a friend as he sat in prison for preaching the gospel. In this letter we see Rutherford challenging a man who is also in prison to take seriously the faith he confesses. Rutherford takes great pains to show Robert Brown of Carsluth that there is nothing in this world which can be compared to the beauty of Jesus Christ and His grace.
