Did the Supreme Court Just Cancel Oklahoma?

The Supreme court has ruled that Congress never successfully integrated the eastern half of Oklahoma into the current state of Oklahoma, thus reverting the land back to its former status as Indian Territory, no longer subject to Oklahoma state law. What practical impact this ruling will have however still seems quite uncertain to me.
