Spaghetti recipe video | Low carb
👋 YouTube! Today Ariana and I are going to show you how to make low carb spaghetti! This is a very delicious recipe that your family will enjoy!🤙🏼
Recipe:
1 pound 90/20 lean ground beef
1 pound ground italian sausage
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
1 15oz can of petite diced tomatoes
1 6oz can of tomato paste
1 cup diced onions
2 tbsp mined garlic
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp stevia
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 boxes of butternut squash spaghetti
Preheat pot and add olive oil. Sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook for a min or so until aromatic. Add ground beef and ground Italian sausage and cook throughly until browned. add seasonings and combine. Add tomato paste and combine. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring pot up to a slight boil and then lower heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Butternut squash noodles:
Add 1-2 tablespoons butter to a pan and sauté noodles until cooked. (about 5-6 minutes)
Serve spaghetti sauce on top of butternut squash noodles and enjoy!! 😊
