INVASION FROM INNER EARTH 1974 - A group of pilots in a remote region of the Canada hear strange reports over their radios about planes crashing, cars stalling and a deadly plague planet-wide. It becomes clear that earth is in the midst of an invasion, but from what, who & where? The pilots barricade themselves in a cabin deep in the woods with the specter of impending doom.

Bill Rebane, regional Wisconsin commercial ads filmmaker, made this as his first feature fictional film. It has the late 60s written all over it, very esoteric and sometimes psychedelic, with a meandering plot that calls forth the "experimental" film artists of the time. Very low budget, so any FX are pretty minimal. Guess he was saving up for The Giant Spider Invasion (also here on this channel)
