Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated Downtown Bikini Bottom Out of Bounds glitch

I was messing around in Downtown Bikini Bottom and found a pretty easy out of bounds glitch. I'm not certain if you have to use spongeball to do the glitch. Dunno if this has speedrun potential. Maybe to skip paying for the Sea Needle? I'll try to attempt that later.
