Kettlebell Combo Arsenal—Snatch, Squat, Press
This is a kettlebell combo that you want to add to your arsenal and is aptly named ARSENAL. It has the snatch, squat, and press. The combo is broken up with some bodyweight work to provide active recovery for the next rep of the combo. This is performed as a FOR TIME task but can also be used an as AMRAP.
