One of the number one questions I get repeatedly throughout the process of selling and buying a home is “how much does it cost”? People are not talking about the price of the house, they want to know how much the fees are to buy and sell a home, property, or investment property.
We are going to breakdown the fees on a Settlement Statement also known as a Net Sheet in real estate to understand the fees associated with a transaction.
