What kind of salt should be used in Salt Stone?
Pharmaceutical Grade Salt, also sometimes called Medical Grade Salt, is the only kind of salt you should use. It’s 99.99% pure NaCl (sodium chloride) so impurities are not an issue. Using other types of salt may damage and clog the mechanical system. It’s also the best type of salt to breathe.

How long is a typical Dry Salt Therapy session?
Salt Stone has three time settings, each with a different concentration of dry salt aerosol. The 5 minute setting is the highest concentration. The 10 minute is medium and the 15 minute is the lightest. This allows you to select the experience you want based on the time you have and the amount of salt you want in your treatment. It’s all about personal preference.
