At least four people killed, 11 blocks of flats and 39 houses destroyed – this is the balance of Sunday's shelling of Belgorod, a Russian city located on the border with Ukraine. Moscow accuses Ukrainian forces of the attack. Kyiv, however, denies it. An adviser to the head of the Interior Ministry, Anton Herashchenko, showed a photo of a fragment of the damaged belgorod wall, which shows parts of the missile from Russian Pantsir systems that are not in the equipment of the Ukrainian army.
