The Fetz Presents (30 July 2020): Alexander Petale, Esq., an experienced trial attorney with more than 50 successful trials, provided legal representation in the "Pozner v. Fetzer" lawsuit for the publisher. He explains how he perceived early-on that something was not right: the time-table for the case was expedited; the bifurcation of the Pozner allegations and the defendants' counterclaims, and disallowing Fetzer to defend himself with evidence that Sandy Hook was not a mass shooting but a FEMA drills presented as mass murder to promote gun control signaled to him that the defendants were not going to get a fair shake.
