She is a certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Master Time Line Therapy Practitioner. Rachel is passionate about helping individuals ready to transform themselves and their life, identify what holds them back; self-sabotage, self-judgement and limiting beliefs. She helps them broaden their perspectives about themselves and their environment. She understands this first hand, and over the last few years has released negative mental, emotional and behavioral programming, that when cleared she could feel, hear and see her possibilities focusing this new mindset & toolset to get results at a much higher level.
