Tsessarsky Albert Veniaminovich was born in 1920 in Odessa. Doctor by profession.
During the Great Patriotic War, he was in the landing partisan detachment of Colonel D. N. Medvedev deep behind enemy lines. Member of the CPSU since 1943.
After the war, he worked as a doctor in the Moscow healthcare system.
He began to print in 1952 in periodicals. In 1954, A. Tsessarsky's play "Education of Feelings" ("Ivan Gruzdev") was published and staged, in 1956 the novel "Notes of a Partisan Doctor" was published by the publishing house "Soviet Writer".
Chapters from the story "Chekist" were published in the magazine "Young Guard".
