Kayleigh McEnany: Obama Paused Testing , Trump Accelerated It.

Kayleigh McEnany sets points out to reporters during the July 16, 2020 White House press briefing that the US leads the world in COVID-19 testing, at 42 million. The nearest competitor is India, at 12 million. Then she points out that Obama ordered the CDC to pause testing during the H1N1swine flu outbreak in 2009 (clearly for political reasons) while President Trump ordered the CDC to accelerate testing in the present crisis.
