What is Racism? (Blackface and Ebonics)

If one is racist, so is the other, very end is just random assortment of us bein goofy. I personally think blackfce isn't racist, (Given proper intent of course, like in the case of RDJ in Tropic Thunder) yet the intent of Ebonics was that blacks are too stupid to speak proper english, thanks Oakland. (That place is weird trust me.)
