Herbert Richard "Herb" Baumeister (April 7, 1947 – July 3, 1996) was serial killer from Westfield, Indiana outside of Indianapolis. Baumeister committed suicide before he could be brought to trial, and never confessed to the crimes he was alleged to have committed.
