Today we meditate on clearing, release and protection of the whole body from any diseases and old programs.

We will scan the body, we will find impactions, tensions, blocks and illnesses and we will free our body from all the problems.

Our body keeps all the memories and emotions. If the emotions are unreleased they are locked and saved in the cellular memory.

When we listen to the wisdom of the body, we get the keys to emotional freedom; to the freedom, which does not bind us emotionally to other people.

The Meditation will help to get rid of deep emotional wounds and injuries at the maximum level.

The purpose of the meditation is to help your body to purify itself and get rid of old programs and diseases, and also put powerful defense with the help of 12 angels and aquamarine crystal.

After doing the meditation, pay attention to the body. At this point, you need a gentle regime, in order to survive this release in a comfortable environment. If you want to rest, take a rest. If you want to lie in the bathroom, take a bath.

You can use different oils, light candles. Allow the body to relax.

Later, the next day, do the meditation again and see how your body reacts to the places that we have already scanned. You can discover

new places with blocks; also use the help of 12 Angels to free these places from pain and old programs.

Connecting to the Aquamarine Crystal Light:

Ask the 12 Angels of Heaven:

Activate the Aquamarine crystal

And cleanse my soul and body

Pierce With an aquamarine ray

And renew the body cells

Protect me with a crystal ball

And put me in the light spectrums

Rotate my vibes

Create the Merkabah of light

And protect the soul and the body in the space with God.
