When growing plants inside under lights we are always looking for signs of stress. When we find signs of plant stress we can react and change as we need to. In this video we look at exactly what our plants are telling us when they show signs of grow light damage. If you can catch these signs early you can make quick adjustments to your indoor garden to ensure healthy plants.
