DOMINATE YOUR DEFENDER, BASKETBALL SCORING WORKOUT

The toughest part of playing basketball is defending your opponent. It’s the main reason why the best players in the world have the highest-scoring averages. If you can dominate your defender, you can score at will. In this series, I’m going to show you how to do just that.
Creating a dominant basketball scoring workout is a great way to build a strong base for your offense and keep your defense on their toes. This workout focuses on scoring in a variety of ways, from pull-up jumpers to runners in the lane and floaters in the post. The goal is to get a lot of shots up, but also to create space for your teammates when they do get the opportunity to score. This will be a great workout to finish off your basketball training camp and will help you dominate your next defender.
If you want to dominate your defender in the half-court, you need to score the most points possible. The best way to do that is to make your defender WORK in the half-court. This will force them to play the entire possession, which will give you extra opportunities to score. I've designed a series of workouts to help you score the most points possible in the half-court.
The best way to dominate your defender basketball scoring workout is with a small ball drill. This drill simulates the small ball pressure defense you will encounter on the basketball court. You will be guarded by a defender on every possession, which forces you to score inside the paint. This drill will help you build your post-game, outside game, and mid-range jumper.
Basketball is a sport of physicality, where the best players are the most physical and the most dominant on the court.
