Day out at Frigate Bay and a mini drive tour to Ross University school of medicine

This is my day down at Frigate Bay, it was my husbands birthday and I thought I would share our day with you.
Before we go to the beach, I show you around the area of Frigate Bay and show you where the supermarkets and coffee shops are, after that we go check out the beach front and review a few bars, and have fun😊

Frigate Bay is about 20 minutes drive from our accommodation, while driving back I do a mini tour passing through the bird rock area, Basseterre Town centre, the ferry terminal, the war memorial and a few more places of interest, all the way to Ross University school of veterinary medicine and the other 2 Universities. We stop at a famous supermarket (Ram's) and show you the layout and what food is available for you.

Frigate Bay is located southeast of the town centre (Basseterre) over this side of the island is where all the main bars and restaurants are based. Frigate Bay is also where the golf club is. Frigate Bay is also has the best nightlife on the island too
