1 Corinthians 12:12-14 King James Version
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY FRIENDS!!!
Please allow me to ask these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they will challenge you tonight.

Who are you walking through life with?

How might you more deeply develop those relationships?

These questions really challenged my heart, because I'll be honest because of my physical condition I'm not able to walk through life with a lot of fellow believers in person all the time. I'm grateful for my husband Ricky, and for the friends that I have from college that I'm able to keep in touch with, but as I stated before because of my physical pain, (herniated discs in neck and back), I'm not able to do and/or get out a lot, especially with church. I think that's why I'm so very grateful for social media and the Internet because I'm able to be spiritually fed God’s Word when I'm watching church online. I was especially grateful for this in 2020 when the pandemic hit, because a lot of people were struggling in this area.

Ultimately though, I have learned that as one of the apes named Maurice, in the movie “War For The Planet Of The Apes” said to Caesar, “apes together strong”, and that statement can certainly be applied to all of us who know Christ as savior. Paul points this truth out not only in this morning's scripture, but also in these verses above, and I'd like to share some thoughts that are on my heart about this, through this vlog tonight. Please join me in this vlog, and learn how important it is to be able to survive and thrive with others, because we truly need each other! 😊

So, As I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to challenge you about who you were walking through life with. Be willing to reach out to fellow believers who may be of a different skin color than you, socioeconomic background, or yes even of a different denomination. I especially encourage you to reach out to fellow believers within your church who are either of different socioeconomic background, skin color, culture, or in any other way that would differ from you. Don’t be afraid to embrace the opportunity to get to know that person, and any of their differences. Choose to open yourself to new opportunities through gathering together with other believers, even believers who are different from you, and learn to use the gifts that God has given you with them, so that you are thoroughly equipped in your walk with God and your service for Him.

UNTIL SUNDAY EVERYONE;

HAVE AN ABUNDANTLY BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
