This is the second track that I have created with my brother Dale Jones on Guitar. The first was an instrumental called family and can be found on my channel. This second one is a complete song and is a bit of fusion of blues influenced by my brothers guitar playing and 80s Synth Pop.

It's quite a bit slower paced than my normal tracks at 92 bpm. The inspiration to the track was four chords that I found. I wanted to create a song out of those four chords. Through out the song I only used those four chords though in different sequences.

I also wanted to do something a bit different with the drums so I didn't use any kick drum with the exception of drum breaks/fills. I also concentrated on using the high hats as the focus of the percussion throughout the song.

I really enjoyed doing this track with my brother and I feel it adds a blend of my brothers influence with blues and my influence of 80s Synth Pop music that I loved/love so much.

On the writing of the lyrics I was heavily influenced by road trip movies in my head particularly those from USA. I hope that people who loved those types of movies and 80s Synth Pop bands like Depeche Mode, Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran and other great bands of that area like this song.
