Ingredients
100g Grahams Cookies (Small Pieces - 27)
13g sugar ( 1 Tbsp )
55g unsalted butter ( 1/4 cup )
500g cream cheese ( 2 cups + 1/4 cup )
135g sugar ( 1/2 cup +3Tbsp )
100g sour cream (1/2 cup)
(or 100g unsweetened yogurt without
water)
15g lemon juice ( 1Tbsp )
5ml Vanilla extract (1tsp)
13 g powdered gelatin ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
65g water ( 1/3 cup +1 tsp )
400g heavy cream (70%~80% whipped) ( 1
cup + 3/4 cup - before whipping)

Konjac powder 2.5g ( 1/2tsp ) *6
100g water (1/3 cup+1Tbsp+1tsp) *6
2.5ml lemon juice ( 1/2tsp ) *6
What about konjac?
Konjac is a food ingredient made by
processing the kohlrabi of Old Testament
herbs and belongs to the potato and starch
category.
It has the characteristic of expanding its
volume when water is absorbed, so it is
easy to feel full even with a small amount,
so it is often used as a diet food.
Konjac does not contain special
nutrients such as protein, fat, or vitamins,
but it is rich in dietary fiber called
'glucomannan'.
It is also rich in minerals such as calcium,
sodium, potassium and phosphorus.
It is effective for obesity, constipation, and
bowel movements. In China, it has been
used as an anti-obesity remedy for
emperors since ancient times.
And in Okinawa, Japan's representative
village of longevity, it is said that konjac is
eaten with every meal.
The reason konjac is gaining popularity these days is because it can give you a feeling of fullness even with a small amount and because it contains fewer
calories, it is perfect for dieting.
However, since konjac lacks essential
nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, and micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals, it is important to
note that nutritional imbalance may occur
if konjac is used for every meal.
In addition, it is important to drink enough
water when consuming konjac because
konjac can cause constipation if there is not enough water.
