Greenville County GOP Chairman Jeff Davis claim state law indicates the state party missed the deadline to hold the hearing, therefore, whatever came of it Thursday would be meaningless.
"There is essentially a proxy war between the SCGOP and the 'America first' movement that's been going on across the country," Davis said.
