Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 - Boss Rush (Hard, Veteran, Standard Zangetsu, Limited Items/WP)

After my first completion of Boss Rush mode in Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 last week, a whole slew of new options opened up for future runs. So now the real test begins! This time I'm going to complete the Boss Rush with all of the hardest settings! This includes: 1 Player, Veteran Style, Hard Bosses, Standard Zangetsu, Limited Items, and Limited Weapon Points. Even though Episode 2, Episode EX, and the Final Episode already use the Hard versions of the first 7 bosses, their final bosses are apparently Normal versions, because the Hard Mode Boss Rush gives the three final bosses harder versions with new tricks as well. Abaddon's arena now starts with two of the platforms missing, giving an even more precarious feeling to the fight, and his rock slide attack can reach farther as well, so only the far platform is truly safe. Mephisto has received buffs to both of his attacks. His circular hand laser attack now has three motions (first the usual one for each hand, and then they'll both fire at once), and the huge fire column attack now activates twice in succession. Your timing has to be absolutely perfect in order to dodge the first fire column in the second cycle. Move too early and you'll walk into the last one from the first cycle. Move too late and you won't get away from the first one from the second cycle in time. As for Sariel, he doesn't really have any new or buffed attacks, but this time he'll only reveal his weak spot once both of the demon rabbits are dead, making for a very long drawn-out fight.

I had one of my sloppiest fights against Titankhamun in this run, but I don't even care because this was the run where I finally accomplished one of the hardest challenges in this game! I was still shaking off nerves from previous failed runs where I reached Mephisto before dying.
