Today is a very special video and I have an even more special guest to help me! My wife Elizabeth Ables is joining me to help explain what it is like to be an Al-Anon. For those of you who do not know what a Al-Anon is:

"An Al‑Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking."

There are support group for you, so please check your local community for meetings.

Also, we will be recapping my 1 year of sobriety. This was a huge milestone in my life and I want to go over my previous videos and provide a little more information.

Elizabeth and I really hope that you enjoy this video. I want to thank her very much for supporting me and being brave enough to be in this video. It can be very hard to discuss personal matters, especially in front of a camera so I really appreciate her for doing this!
