How to revive your sleeping or dead starter

This is the most valuable piece of content that I Have probably ever recorded, and not because there is a recipe or a method, but because I have shared with you a concept.
What's the concept? The concept is to never give up. In this case to research content like this one where I explain that patience is the key, content where I don't sugar coat something to make taste it better.
To go back to this video I want to explain to you that only by looking and studying your own starter you will be growing your expertise.
What have I done in this video?
I have kept my starter in the fridge for about 6-7 months, purposely for this video. Left it there, forgotten alone in the cold.
What do we do?
We spoon out just a little bit of culture and mix it with 100 gr of water and 100 gr flour.
Then we need to mix and wait. Mix as often as you can until you see some nice fermenting bubbles. AND THERE YOU GO YOU HAVE YOUR FANTASTIC STARTER ALIVE AGA.
You have to be patient, make sure you are patient because time is relative and I can't promise you that the starter will be ready in 2 days. But if you pay attention that it will definitely be.
