Partial video of the Friday, April 29, 2022, Confirmation hearing by the Florida Board of Education in Tallahassee. At this hearing the Florida Board of Education voted unanimously to appoint Florida Senator Manny Diaz as the new Education Commissioner, replacing outgoing Commissioner Richard Corcoran.

Monty Floyd made the trip up from Hernando to the Capital to speak in support of Senator Diaz's nomination by Governor DeSantis.
