Z-Stack Protocol is a preventative from Kof one 9, the Flu and common colds basically anything w/ flu like symptoms ....
It contains the following
1. Zinc
2. Quercetin
3. Vitamin C
4. Vitamin D

IMPORTANT all of the above can be obtained individually without a prescription. Dr. Z would be the first to tell you this. However it is nice to have it all in 1 capsule and that is why I bought a dozen bottlees of it and gave it as Christmas gifts along w/ Chlorine Dioxide / MMS kits from Oneness labs. I've not been sick in slightly over 2 years. occasionally I might notice a slight symptom and will immediately focus on restarting or increasing my daily intake of MMS along w/ muh Z STACK.
