MOMENT Russian fighter jets swarm after Ukrainian targets in a number of attacks.

These images, obtained from the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD), purport to show Russian fighter jets in action in Ukraine. The images show fighter jets sporting the now infamous ‘Z’, daubed in white.

The 'Z' is one of the symbols, as well as the letters 'V' and 'O' that can be seen painted on Russian military vehicles taking part in the invasion of Ukraine.
