There are so many wounded lives in this world, and just as many in the body of Christ. Lives that have been misshapen by betrayals, rejection, abandonment. Beaten down with verbal abuse and lies that have caused those, who even in their late adulthood still believe those lies about themselves. Never being free, always under the power of those lies.

Rena has a mission and a message. She wants to help women find greater health--spirit, soul, and body--so they can be stronger and more confident--so they can rise above the overwhelm and silence the lies--so they can be who God created them to be.

Rena sees herself as a coach--cheering women on towards a more beautiful, healthier, loving and trusting God more in this life. Rena hopes to help women become braver and stronger than they ever thought possible.

The direct source of the course she has developed came out of the fire, and through the waters and floods in her life. It is highly recommended for those also who want to learn these tools for future use.

Her course is a path for all to walk through, to drink of healing waters to renew their souls. To go on in their walk towards the Heavenly Jerusalem spiritual healthy, strong and full of joy. And also meant to be a flowing river of life to pass through the lives of those who take the course, to flow down into other lives.

My hope and prayer is for all of you to take the course and be like "they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Isaiah 40:31.
