Tiny ExpressLRS receiver with ceramic antenna on a 5 inch freestyle quad VS TBS crossfire

Can you use a tiny expressLRS receiver with ceramic antenna on a normal 5 inch freestyle build?
Here a comparison between my standard crossfire configuration and the ExpressLRS one. I'm flying in my default spot. It is not really demanding since almost everything is LOS but still.
Crossfire often switches to 50Hz mode. Can ExpressLRS stick to 500Hz without failsafe?
And is the telemetry output power of 17mW strong enough to not lose telemetry every two seconds?
That at least were some questions I had before I decided to give it a go.

I'm actually not using a PP (Happymodel ExpressLRS Nano 2.4GHz PP 🍆 RX) but a Betafpv ELRS Lite Receiver wit ceramic antenna 😁 As transmitter I'm using the Namimno ExpressLRS 2,4 GHz Flash TX. Both TX are set to the same output power.
