I have always wanted to do the plank but the first time I did it, I injured my back for 2 months straight because of bad form! No good! I had always been scared of trying it again until just recently. In todays video, I share my process of doing the plank along with sharing photos throughout my plank challenge. The results are small but I feel so much stronger after 20 days! I hope to anyone in need of a good challenge, my experience will inspire you!
The plank is great for many things: working the entire body out, toning your muscles, burning fat on problematic areas, building upper body strength and core strength, posture, and just overall giving yourself a good challenge. To anyone who tries it, it can be very difficult at first, even towards the end where so many say they aren't able to complete their time goals. Just doing the plank itself though was a great accomplishment for me and I'm so happy I stuck through with it!
