Casserole Sauce Mix Ingredients:
2 Cups Nonfat Dry Milk
3/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Instant Chicken Bouillon
2 Tbsp. Dried Onion (Flakes or Chopped)
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper

This sauce mix can be substituted for creamed, condensed soups (mushroom, chicken, celery, etc.).

Nutrition: Each Serving: 147 calories, 1g fat, 10g protein, 25g carbohydrates, less than 1 g fiber, 343 mg calcium, 15 mcg folate, 500 mg potassium, 639 mg sodium.
