2020-07-27 Sen. Kim Hammer Remarks on Masks, Testing & Contact Tracing

Here are some of my remarks from the July 27, 2020 joint Senate and House Public Health, Welfare, and Labor Committee meeting where we heard from the interim Secretary of the Arkansas Health Department, Dr. Jose Romero. We discussed COVID-19 topics ranging from masks, testing and contact tracing to the Governor's mask mandate.
