**OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING**

Pasco, Washington State --- Pasco Police Officers were involved in a shooting that occurred at 12 th Ave and Nixon Street. The Officers were not injured. The two suspects in a recent homicide were both hit with gunfire. One suspect is deceased and the other was taken to a local hospital.

Juan Montalvo, 25, was killed after he was shot by police in a shootout.

Officers say Miguel Angel Montalvo, 21, was also struck by gunfire but survived and is in jail for suspicion of 2nd Degree Murder.

The officer-involved shooting that occurred May 17th on N 12th in Pasco. The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is still finalizing details, but the community should be aware of the following information, as laid out by Chief Ken Roske and our Public Information Officer (PIO), Sergeant Rigo Pruneda. The presentation incorporates video from our officers' body worn cameras (BWC's) and includes deadly force (shooting)
