1982 Gibson Les Paul - Leo's Special

This is a Kalamazoo made Les Paul Leo's Special - these were made for Leo's Guitars in Oakland, California, essentially to the same specifications as a 1959 Les Paul Standard - approximately 800 were made in total, 400 in Nashville and 400 in Kalamazoo, this is a Kalamazoo guitar. Many of these ended up in collectors' hands in Japan, but this one was owned by a Gibson employee who has since passed away. It's being sold by his son.
