The President Is On It and Fauci Is Toast. In 2015, the National Institute of Health transferred 3.7 million dollars to the Wuhan laboratory. This transfer took place during the Obama administration, in violation of a government restriction. Dr. Fauci was the key player in this drama, and as head of the NIH he found a way to get around the Department of Homeland Security order to stop testing Caronaviruses in the United States (banned because it was deemed unsafe.) The Obama Administration and Dr. Fauci outsourced the project to Wuhan, resulting in the Pandemic outbreak.
