D of course caught wind of the vitamin "conversation", J says he won't let me get away with "copying him when he's trying to get something done" (I don't want to be stuck with him for the rest of my existence) and when I admit I didn't mean for any of this to happen he snaps "if you don't mean it, DON'T SAY IT" (there's a lot I don't say, afraid to say anything ever again) M assumes my apologies are just to make people feel guilty (???)
please pray I get medical help ever again and get myself out of this toxic household and NOT somewhere worse as soon as possible
