Young trans women in the West are facing a backlash from a cabal of Gendercrits, TERFs and gay activists expressly designed to stop them transitioning and to roll back the advances made over the last 15 years. However, in most of the world, trans women do not approach doctors but simply buy the preparations they need. This may become necessary again in the West, as it once was.
