8bitdo released their 2.4 GHz controllers for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) this week. How well does the new controller function?

I have been a big fan of 8bitdo controllers, starting with the NES Classic. I have been using a bluetooth version of the SN30 controller for the old school SNES and a retro receiver for some time. I was super excited about this product. How does it work?
