Mr. Spakovsky is the current manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and senior legal fellow in the Heritage’s Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies.
He also served as a member of Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. Hans joins Ed Martin and John Schlafly to talk about the issues with America’s election system, absentee ballots, and the infeasibility of online voting.
