All right. Hey, this is Josh dream body clinic. I'm going to do some steroids, so this is Bayer Primoteston. This is testosterone. Here in Mexico, we've gone inate. Most of the world's gone this way. And I'm going to show you how to do a thigh injection today instead of the more traditional into the glute.
Um, this is for guys that, you know, if you start doing the glute every week or more often, you start building up scar tissue, you get a bit painful. So I got to do some testosterone figured ' might as well do a video and show you how to do that. So first is always, you need to sterilize the area. So, think of your leg.
You're almost like cutting it in half. I like to go a little bit, little bit further than half, maybe like five eights of the way. And we'll use that number just because that is also the needle that we're going to use. Little TD, tiny 25 gauge five eights of an inch, real small. That's what I'll be injecting with, but to take the liquid out of the VI.
I like to use this monster 18 gauge. So here in Mexico, we don't have compounding pharmacies. So, any medication that you get, it must be ready to go. So, in this case, the Bayer and a date is in your traditional glass vial, really simple there. And sometimes you'll get some stuck in the top there like that.
Right? I don't use gravity. Get it out now. You'll see this little dot. That's where you're going to apply pressure with your thumb. It just snaps. Good to go. You know, some people like to use a filter needle, all those things. It's not really an issue. It snaps so clean. You don't have to worry about it in that regard.
You're not going to end up with like glass SHS. The needle we're going to be injecting with is so small. I've been doing this for nine years and we've never had an issue with that. Okay. So now we're going to go to the 18 gauge needle.
Take that off. Get our 18-gauge prepped up. Now we got our vial and just kind of draw that out. The 18 gauge is much thicker, so the liquid comes out much easier. Go get every little drop and we're good to go. So now we're gonna get this back up towards the top. And a lot of people stress about the air.
Oh, I'm gonna inject air and have an embolism that doesn't happen. You would have to go directly into a vein and inject gallons of air directly in to cause yourself any harm. So if there's a little bit of air don't stress out on, it will not hurt you. Or two, I got the doctor filming this right. Yeah, shaking his head, agreeing with me.
Good to go. All right. So see, we got a little bit of air. I'm gonna get rid of most of it there. And now we got this teeny tiny little needle. Now this is suspended in a can oil, oil, derivative. So it's pretty thick. So this little needle I'm gonna have to push pretty hard. So again, take my leg, find the area, and now I'm gonna go really slow.
So that's the only downside to it. But with this teeny little needle, we are good to. Boom, no problems. Easy. See no blood, nothing still gonna sterilize the area after. Good to go. And that's it. So here in Mexico, we can get you legally testosterone. We have anate we have DECA Deralin we have suton on and we have Avar all derivatives of pure testosterone.
Really the nthe is or Suan on our best for TRT Avir is great for, uh, weight loss. That's a pill and DECA DECA. You need to run with testosterone nthe or Susan on. It's not very good on its own. It does lubricate the joints. It enhances the total effects of regular testosterone, but by itself, not so great.
